Most stews become mushy when cooked. This is a stew that will not be mushy because you braise the meat with onions first in red wine and beef broth until a rich sauce develops. Then after an hour you add the rest of the vegetables and all the ingredients are perfectly cooked with an amazing flavor.
This Lasagna is simply the best with its sausage, ground beef and three types of cheeses. Everyone will know you spent time preparing it. Better make two because everyone will want seconds.
