Orange Duck is a recipe that began in the 60’s and still lingers as a top delightful recipe. This recipe has been modified to reduce the sugar and vegetables added to balance out the flavors.
The trick to the dough is that it has to rise in proper temperature so if you live in a cold area you will need to make a warm place for the dough to rise by turning on your oven to 250 degrees and put the bowl of dough into it. These are take a bit to make, but worth every bite.
You don’t have to go to Paris for these mouthwatering crepes. Have them in your own kitchen and treat yourself!
